Heart of Abalone is a tourism company that operates on Abagold's farm in the New Harbour of Hermanus. The Heart Shed is our own venue with an onsite shop.  We are passionate about telling the story of South African abalone, showing off the farming operations and letting our guests taste the delicacy.
